Velux blinds/Itzala blinds

I have seven velux windows that need blinds and am trying to keep the cost down. Has anyone tried Itzala? Anyone know a cheap place to buy Velux or similar blinds?

Hi racingheart, I installed my blackout blinds on Friday evening, what a difference I can now go up into the loft without fainting with the heat!

I to was on a budget and found the best place was actually ebay, mine aren't velux but do the job just as well.

What make are they, and could you install them yourself?

the company was called "skylitesystems"

I did extensive research and they came out the cheapest.

I got dp to install them, but yes in essence you could do it yourself, although I found the instructions hard to understand, dp didn't
