creating an ensuite-where to start?

We want to create an ensuite to the master bedroom by building into the 2nd (large double) bedroom.
Really havent got a clue as to who to get in to do this...
Do we need seperate builders, plumbers, electricians etc or do most plumbers or builders take on the entire project themselves???

Most good builders will give you a fixed price and prob sub out the electric part.

Unless you have done something like this before & have good tradesmen you have worked with previously, I would definitely get a builder to do it and let him have the hassle of co-ordinating everyone.
