Have posted many pathetic threads about how stressed I am atm with DD's birthday, moving house and being 6 months pg, that I thought I would post about the things I am grateful about wrt to the move:
Having a garden - bliss! Haven't had a garden in 3 years, and even before that it was communal
No noisy twats clonking around in stilletoes upstairs, then throwing her shoes off at 2am
A bathroom with a window and none of the fluff from an extractor fan
A window in the kitchen - no more washing up in front of a white wall
Having two floors
Having an attic
Not having a kitchen directly opposite DD's bedroom
Despite moving equidistance from work my commute will be halved as I won't have to drive through town
Having a spare room
Having an understairs cupboard so the hoover doesn't live in DD's room, nor will the dryer as that can go in the new garage
However I will miss:
Being able to walk into town
My 30' living room with high regency ceiling and 4 original sash windows
Just thought I'd share
