Office or Bedroom?

I have a 4 bed-roomed house and want to sell. At the moment the smallest room is set out as an office. When it goes on the market would I get more money by changing it back into a bedroom? Thanks

I wouldnt bother, I would just point out to people that currently you are using it as an office but it can easily fit a single bed in it and in fact your youngest had it as his room until just recently, etc etc.

We looked around a lot of 4 bedroom houses and just bought one and thats what most people said to us.
