We have just moved to a new house which although not directly overlooked, the windows can however be seen by other houses. Our last house looked out to open fields and ao I'm not used to it which is making me more paranoid I think.
There are patio doors at the back and a long window on the staircase in particular where the obvious choice would be vertical blinds...but (and not wishing any offence to anyone who has them) I do find them quite old-fashioned and wondered if anyone had any alternatives? The windows have curtains but obviously I don't want the curtains closed all day.
Any ideas?
