Some may remember a thread a few weeks ago from me deliberating over whether to sell our flat so close to the birth of DC2 in July. Well, we did it, and will probably accept a decent enough offer tomorrow from a lovely couple who have no chain and can be flexible about when they move in.
In theory, perfect.
But why on earth have NO suitable houses in our favoured areas come on the market in weeks?
Now in a panic about setting in motion a sale, leaving our 2 DCs on the street in a few months!
