Anyone used those 'we will buy your house now' people?

Just had one through my door ( house is for sale) wondered what the catch was? Is it just they pay you a lot less?

Yes. ANd charge you a 'valuation fee' at which point they offer you a fiver for your house and tell you taht as you don't accept their valuation and won't agree to sell them the house for a fiver, they are going to keep the valuation fee.

Thought so, just saw a quick chance to offload it!

Fed up of waiting now. EA seems to have run out of ideas. The peoplE who want it have to sell theirs and first time buyers aren't getting morgages/ deposits!
