Just wondering if anyone else is trying to sell their house at the moment?
We put our house on the market at Easter and had about 4 viewing in the first couple of weeks.Since then nothing at all! After a couple of weeks of no viewings we put the price down by 10K but still nothing. Anyone else the same?
I am half thinking that people were waiting for the election and now they are waiting for the budget as this could affect rental properties.
The house seems to be on at about the right price for its size and area.
