Lampshades made to order

Can anyone tell me where I can get a lampshade made to order?

I'd probably want to supply them with the fabric.

Are there any particular sorts of fabric that should be used or avoided for lampshades?

I think there is someone with an eBay shop who foes them but think she uses wallpaper rather than fabric...

There was one lady who made bespoke lampshades on one of the "Kirsty Allsopp does her house up herself" programmes.

I need a huge lampshade and have been trying to find one for ages.

Oh, thank you! Only problem is that I'm looking for a rectangular one, not an octagonal one. Hope your new floor is going well.
