If you sold only (no purchase) did you have to pay the solicitor their fees upfront or did they come off the selling price? Obviously insertion into the local guide, homebuyers reports and other incidental outlays need to be paid (talking Dundee and TSPC so not big estate agents). TIA

In the process of a sale, no purchase I think everything apart from home pack is coming of the sale, we have a different estate agent and lawyer.
