We moved out of property on 1st may, still not had deposit back, and in the last couple of days had phone calls from agents asking about some damage.
I was under the impression that the landlord had 10 days after you move out to make any claim, then tds pays back deposit which takes 10 days.
Have I got it totally wrong? Would appreciate any facts from those in the know
