Could anyone tell me what information I can get about a house if I go to the council to do a personal search?

You would find out about all the planning and building regulation applications for that property and possibly also surrounding properties/ the area, any planning enforcement notices, and things such as traffic notices, planning zones, smoke control, conservation area, listed buildings.

Doing a personal local search can be difficult, but if you get a helpful council employee to help you, you can find out lots. What are you trying to find out?

You'll have access to all the information that the search companies do as above, also contaminated land etc. My team will help personal searchers use the system.
