Builder/roofer/kitchen fitter in Swansea - any recommendations?

We're trying to get our house up together this summer and priority jobs include:

  1. sorting out damp in the porch area (one wall may need tanking)

  2. sorting the gutters and adding fascia boards to the roof, possibly also replacing the flat roof over the kitchen

  3. fitting a new kitchen (which will require moving plumbing and electrics)

We're don't feel able to tackle these jobs ourselves plus are quite new to the area so don't have any contacts. Can anyone recommend any tradespeople to help, or ideally a building firm that may be able to sort the whole lot for us? [looking for an easy life emoticon]

Also has anyone done these things recently and could give us an idea of costs?

Thanks in advance

whereabouts are you? I haven't had any work done myself but a lot of the mums at school have so could get some details from them?
mail me on jackbauermn at gmail dot com and I will have a chat at school if you like?

How new to the area are you? Fancy coming on a meetup?

Great - thank you! We're in Mount Pleasant. Meet up sounds good once we're sorted. We are kind of living between cities at the mo whilst we sort the new house and the flat that we are moving from (a tad complicated and with a 7 month old things seem to take twice as long)

Well, it would have been easy had nursery not kicked everyone out 15 minutes early, so DD1 was the last one and everyone else had scarpereed
Will ask though. Ouch at moving with a 7 month old though!
