What have you got on your bathroom floor?

We're doing our bathrooms up (tiny downstairs loo, proper bathroom and ensuite). They have carpet at the moment. DH is worried that our ensuite will be cold on his tootsies without carpet - I think it's unhygienic...

Decor to be pretty neutral; modernish but not cutting edge.

Any recommendations in particular?

Thanks!

Amtico tiles, here when we moved in. It's practically indestructable - that's saying a lot with 3 males in the house. It is sealed so well that despite a bathroon flooding incident, the floor held the water up preventing flooding in to the room below.

One of the few things that wasn't part of the 'Mickey Mouse' DIY improvements that previous owners had done.

Downstairs loo has carpet which tbh is ludicrous and I agree with you

Nain bathroom has slate, but this is upstairs and always warm and nice

Ensuites have marble which can be colder but still not brr
