What colour tiles and blind for my grey utility room?

After a bit of a panic that grey in a utility room would make it look like an East European Laundrette, I'm now really loving the colour I've used. The units are going to be white, worktop black and floor is black and white checks so I'm wondering whether to go for some brighter colours in the wall tiles and blinds. Paint is bluey-grey (can't link to it because it's a home-made colour as nothing I saw was quite right!)

Thanks!

orange, orange, orange

I am in love with orange at the moment, trying to convince dh to use an orange colour scheme in our living room. Wanted retro orange, brown and off-white but everything is grey and orange...

Fushia pink.

It would depress the hell out of me, otherwise.

Yes, fuchsia pink nice (this is the colour we may go for living room. Dh more keen on pink than orange)

But I still think orange!

Hmm, pink. I've never seen fuchsia pink tiles before! Basically, bright is the way to go though, yes?

Am liking the green (trouble is, I always do; we have a lot of green in this house!)

another vote for hot pink!

I'd go for darksih wooden blinds and white matt tile, the fancy ones with the occasional printed grey dragonfly or butterfly. add the orange with those big penisy flowers.
