Would you be prepared to pay a bit more for a house with a garage, than one without. Assuming that parking was a problem in the area.

Yes I think it would add to the 'premium'

We own a place with a garage and rent the garage out for 50 quid a week. Parking in the area is tight and the guy who rents it has some stupid boy racer car.

So yes, garage is worth cash.

Am trying to catch the eye of a buy-to-rent buyer that is circling like a shark in the area . House needs work but not much and has a garage so reckoned it might be an attractive proposition.
