Once the house is on the market?

Getting frustrated about no contact or viewings. Is it a good idea to nag ring them and how often?

Yep - but do it nicely. I know some EAs ( otherwise very nice people ) and it does seem to make a difference to them.

Try the - I am just saving you a call.... opener. Or the "Is their anything we can do to make the house more saleable" Lines ....

I was thinking of 'just wondered if there has been any interest' line. We already agreed to drop the price quite soon if neccessary.
