Should a big sink be screwed to a wall?

We recently had some work done in our bathroom. This included removing the sink & toilet, ripping out the carpet & laying floor tiles. The guy then refitted the toilet & sink but when I am sat in the bath the sink does not appear to be screwed to the wall. I know that the floor is now higher so he could not have just put the screws back into the wall, but shouldn't he have drilled new holes into the wall tiles? It is a big heavy sink & I have a DS & am pregnant so obviously I want to ensure it is as safe as possible for my children. Just thought I'd ask on here before I speak to the guy in case he tries to tell me it is OK if it isn't!! Thanks

Anyone? Am wondering if he has used some sort of extra strong glue - would that work?
Thanks
