I need to replace the roofing on our shed. It's boarded, and it's about 8x6 - I've been stripping off the felt, some of which is reluctant as it has been melted on.
I don't have the expertise or facilities to attach new felt using that method - only by laying it on and nailing, which I don't want to do as I want to put the chickens in there and felt provides good cover for red mite.
I've looked into getting some galvo corrugated sheets, which are inexpensive and look really good - but I don't know how to fix the top bit, because it's a pent shed not an apex.
I wondered if anyone here has a pent roof with corrugated sheets on it, and if so, how is the top bit covered to stop water getting in at the highest point?
It's not against a wall so I can't just use flashing.
thanks for any ideas.
