Fixed rail for wardrobes that swings out and down

I hope this description makes sense. Does anyone know where I can get clothes rails to fix inside a wardrobe which can be pulled down and comes forward so the rail swings down to be closer to you? They are very helpful if you have very tall wardrobes but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Thanks

I think Ikea do things like this to fit in their modular wardrobes.

No they don't. Not when I last looked. I am expecting they are going to be quite an expensive accessory as they have to take the weight of all the clothes moving.
