Is it more expensive to move on a Friday? And at the weekend? thanks in advance.

I had Pickfords come round today to give me a quote for moving, they told me that its cheaper to move during the week and in the middle of the month. If I were to choose a weekend or end of the month, the price goes up. He quoted in GBP1200-GBP1400 but I could have a discount if its was middle of month and during the week, they are open to negotiations.

Why don't you ask the removal companies?
