I went to view a house last week on my own as dp works mon - sat. I really loved it and dp now wants to view the house. The man that is selling said when I was there to come back and view anytime. I tried to call the estate agents yesterday and never heard anything back and tried to call this morning to be told that the office is closed and someone would call me back on Monday. Only problem is, with dp working mon-sat we can't arrange viewings for in the week. Would it seem rude if we were to go and knock on the door tonight before 6 to see if we can view again. The house is a really good price and we don't want to let it go but dp needs to see it.

not rude
but don't turn up expecting to see it

That's what I was thinking mamag, it's an Internet company that's selling it and it's hard to get through to them!! I might pop over tonight and see if we can view tomorrow.

absolutely!! we took 2 and a half years to sell our old house, I'd have been really pleased if a prospective buyer knocked on teh door asking for an appointment/time for a second viewing!! estate agents can really slow things down sometimes!!
