Lovely mortgage advisor chap has just told me we can keep our existing interest rate of 1.75% when we move. We hasn't managed to get BM to talk to us because we had overpaid and wouldn't give us an illustration,but apparently they are fine with it. Means that our 'big' house will be affordable instead of a bit of a squeeze!
Just need to get this one on the market first
