Anyone used Amazon to buy small kitchen appliances?

Hi, I'm just about to buy a new microwave, toaster and hob top kettle and the cheapest price for all three is from Amazon. I've bought books and CDs from them before but never applicances and wondered if anyone had any experience of their customer services for example what happens if there's a fault with the applicance and it needs to be replaced? TIA

Ia have bought several bits and pieces from them. Everything has arrived in perfect condition and on time.

I had a problem with my magimix and they took it back with no quibbles and sent out a new one, even before they had received the imperfect one back.

Love Amazon.

thanks for that, think I'll just go ahead and order

I've bought loads, from my kettle to coffee machine to pineapple slicer to grinder to hoover to oven gloves and all sorts else.

I have no idea what the returns policy is like as I've never had cause to use it.

I love Amazon, perhaps a bit too much and my bank account does not thank me for it
