Anyone had an offer accepted but got no buyer for their property yet?

We've put an offer in on the house of ourdreams which has been accepted (subject to contract etc). Our property went on the market this week but we've had no viewings yet. Estate agent predicted our property would be popular and sell pretty quickly.(It's an ideal 1st time buyer property in a good location)
The people selling the house we've put an offer on want to complete in July if possible. I'm just flapping in case our property doesn't sell, and we lose the house we've set our heart on.
Anyone been in this position? Please reassure me
I know it's early days as our property has only been on the market for 3 days!
Thanks.

Where in the country are you Is it an area that is still doing well? What last sold in your road?

NE England.
A couple of properties exactly the same style as ours, but not in as good decorative order as ours & not with new kitchen / bathroom, double glazing etc like ours, sold in the past couple of months. They sold for about £6k less than our asking price.
Estate agent said it's one of the better properties he's seen in a while, and he expects it to be attractive to buyers & sell quickly. I haggled with the fees, and got the fees reduced on the strength that it would sell quickly.
It's only been on the market for 3 days, so I think I am just panicking prematurely.
Fingers crossed

I would be honest with the vendors and let them set the timescale for you to find a buyer for yours OR if they are nice people suggest 3 weeks before they can re market

Woo hoo. We've got our 5th viewer in 6 days coming round to have a look tomorrow. One of the viewers asked if she could have a 2nd viewing at the weekend, so things are looking hopeful with our sale.
Bloody sick of cleaning & tidying though
