I'm wondering if someone can help me here. We moved into this house a few years ago and they have the cheapest, most rubbish windows but that's another story!!

Anyway, our windows and the sort that open really wide rather than the nice smaller top opening window which would be safer for kiddies being around.

We are trying to find out if there are kits that you can buy to make these big windows open less (i.e. lock in place) or do we have to go down the new windows route?

TIA

Good news. You don't have to go the new windows route at all. You can get all sorts of window furniture/openers here for UPVC/metal/wooden windows. "Look atwww.sdslondon.co.uk/window-furniture.html"
They have really helpful staff too so if you are unsure, give them a call. Good luck!
