Can you change a plughole in a sink???

We are slowly renovating our new home...and will be turning attention to our bathrooms before long. Some of the sinks are fine, but I would like to change the taps from brass to chrome. But what about the plughole? Can I replace the old brass plugholes, with chrome ones? Can you buy them along with new taps? Are they easy to fit?

TIA!

You can buy the waste pack (the plughole) and taps from B&Q.

Not sure how easy they are to fit as we are going to be replacing the bath as well but DH will be able to do this.

Yes and yes- you can buy the sets complete and they are easy enough to fit if you can get sufficient access underneath.

Fab! I figured that there must be a way to change them. Thanks for the info guys!
