does your agent have in place a call divert system for when their office is closed to contact you so that you aren't mucked around by cancelled/re-scheduled viewings?
has happened to me today and i'm pretty
and of course i won't know if this is a genuine cancellation or no-show til tomorrow

Our EA didn't. I lost count of the times we either had a no-show or people turning up unexpectedly without agent. That's why you pay an EA after all - it's all part of the service!!

what's happened with your sale since?
my service has been awful despite the market conditions and my house has only been advertised once this year and wasn't even available online during the past fortnight

Our agent didn't but he did give me his mobile number but only because we ended up in a horrendous situation. We had what happened to you today happen to us a couple of times. Very annoying.

Your agent doesn't sound like they are working for you. I would be looking at changing.
