Anyone bought a sofa /armchairs from this company? I've need a pair of armchairs, have seen one on their website VERY reasonably priced, loved the style - but am too far from Cardiff (where the showroom is) to be able to view in the flesh.

So - bad/good experiences? Are they comfy?

Thanks

I have a corner sofa from them which was a reasonable price and is lovely! My SIL also has two couches from them and they are comfortable and hard wearing.

Def recommend them!

Got one from them about 3 years ago.. and they delivered no problems all the way to the Highlands. Ours was from Odeon - and delivery people said they were nicest. We also had a chair from one of the other companies, and fortunatly it was ripped so they took it back (didn't like it much in real life)

Forgot to add - it's comfy and after 3 years of toddler abuse still looks good, even without the protective treatment (didn't want that because I hate those chemicals)

I had two I sold one as the quality isn't great bt still have the other Do you want it?

I have two leather ones from them. The service was good (one had a fault and they came and collected it, repaired it and returned it).

I wouldn't say the leather was good quality and they've very uncomfortable but I think it's because the seats are too deep.

I would recommend you go to the showroom. Many of the sofas look okay in the brochure but I didn't like them in real life - we travelled 90 miles to check and I'm glad we did.

Thanks for all the info - I'm going for fabric armchairs rather than leather (must be insane, got 6 year old and one on the way). There's no way I can persuade DH to drive from Herts to Cardiff but the price is making me think it's worth buying them without testing them!!

It's this one here I like...

bump

Unrequited did you take the plunge?

I'm in London and are considering using them.

forasong they do exhibitions every so often in Hammersmith - we went to the one just before Christmas and our sofa literally just arrived five minutes ago :)

They do do a 21 day refund policy if you buy it and don't like it.

My MIL has one that's about 10 years old and still great.
I know loads of people who have got them as its about 5 mins from my house.

If anyone is going to make the trip it's Crumlin not Cardiff so probably about 20 mins from the Newport junction so even further for you I'm afraid! But like someone said maybe worth asking what shows thay are doing more local to you.
