house been on the market for a year and we've got finally found some cash buyers who are ready and willing to go. But their solicitor has a query about whether the sewarage system has been adopted - the estate was built in 1997 and the council have adopted the road since we moved there in 2002 but they say United Utilities are responsible for the public sewars.
so she said she was dealing with this on thursday last week and still its not fecking sorted!! its the only thing thats stopping the sale! she phoned me on Monday to say she'd finally got the name of someone who could help but he was on hols on MOnday but he'd be back tuesday!
then she says "will you email me in the morning to remind me to phone him?" WTF is she all about!!! so i emailed her at lunchtime yest - she said she hadnt had 5 mins to do it but she'd do it right away! 24 hours later - no reply to 2 emails or the voicemail message i just left her an hour ago!
I want our house sold!! i'm going lose it soon if she doesnt pull her finger out her arse!! or i'm going to phone the fecking fell myself!!
(ah feel a wee bit better after my big rant!)
