Should I buy a new smaller sofa if I'm selling my flat?

I have a living/dining room which is pretty big but I'm trying to make it look as spacious as possible. My sofa is absolutely enormous - it's 230cm long and 115cm deep.

It's also a bit tatty looking. Should I get a cheap small one to make the room look bigger?

What is it really worth spending money on? Any tips welcome

If you can afford it then it's worth it, it will make the place look bigger and smarter

How about a cheapo one from Ikea?

Thanks. Yes I think I will bite the bullet. I've had a look at the Ikea cheap ones and they're not that nice but I can get something that looks quite smart from Asda of all places! It's on sale at the moment so I think I'm going to have to order it now and clutter up the place even more than it already is for a bit!
