Victoria Plumb - are they good?

Just looking at bathroom stuff on the victoria plumb website - has anyone used them before? are they any good?

Bought a shower screen, it arrived cracked, delivery people acknowledged that and took it away immediately. Absolute saga getting a replacement. Dreadful, dreadful customer service. Wouldn't use them again.

Cheap prices because quality is poor: I ordered shower, bath and toilet from them - really thin cheap plastic. Returned it all. Delivery was also a nightmare.

Bathstore are not loads more expensive and much better quality.

I didn't think bathstore were that great tbh. I chose what I wanted at local independent bath shop then sneakily took list of chosen products to a local plumbing supply place (where plumbers go)and got all the stuff over a £1000 cheaper and fantastic customer service too

Damn I knew it was too good to be true!

Need to redo the whole bathroom and am absolutely skint
