Front door colour?

I know this subject has been covered before but I have to make a decision and could do with some expert advice!

The house is 1930's with nice stained glass and matching side panels. We are going to paint the garage door same colour so it must look good over a large area. We have narrowed it down to 3 Farrow and Ball colours. French Gray, Vert de Terre and Green Blue. My partner and son prefer French Gray but this is my least favourite (although I do like it). Also should we go for gloss or eggshell?

Can't really give you any advice on the colour, it's up to you but personally I prefer green blue. I would suggest using exterior eggshell on everything as it will hide any imperfections. I found some information on this site

What does the exterior of your house look like? Is it brick or rendered?

My flat is in a white rendered Georgian terrace and we have had the front door red, pale blue and grey. I liked the grey!
