Removal costs and any recommendations?

DP wants us to do it ourselves, I think its going to be too stressful and we might not have enough time.

Whats the cheapest you've got removals for? And do you have any recommendations for any movers in the Bath area?

Last move we paid for removers who did all the packing too - although it cost quite a bit (about £1000) it was worth every penny.

We used a firm called Goodenoughs who are based just outside Wootton Bassett, Wilts who we would thoroughly recommend. Not sure if they cover Bath but think it quite likely as they do some big commercial removals as well as residential ones.
