derelict/abandoned buildings London

Hello ladies,
I'm looking for a derelict or abandoned building/piece of land in the Highgate, Hampstead, Tufnell Park, Camden or Golders Green area to study as part of an Urban Renewal Project I'm doing at Londonmet University. I wouldn't need to enter the building just come and see it from the outside and maybe take a couple of pictures.
Due to the recent boom in property they appear to be almost extinct. So I am appealing to you all to let me know if there is little corner of London that has been missed by the property developers.
Thank You.

It's a bit outside your chosen area, but there's an island in the middle of the junction outside King's Cross station which is derelict but has some interesting features.

There have been a couple of partially demolished and derelict buildings on Camden High Street for many years - I think they are at 11/13 Camden High St near Mornington Crescent Tube. However, doing a quick google search about them it seems Camden Council served a notice on them to clean up the look of the buildings in late 2009 so things may have changed. You can read about the history of the buildings and the planning permission here.

Attenborough I used to be fascinated with that building and dream of living up in the tower!

I drove past one in Camden recently - think it was a street parallel and one street to the east of the High Street. It was detached and looked like it would be really fabulous if it was renovated

Op - you tried the derelict london website?

Thank you for all your suggestions, the Camden High Street one looks particularly interesting. I'm off for a look right now.
