and will estate agents tell any old nosy bag person who can be bothered to ring or will they start asking me about my bank balance?

and if it appears on right move inbetween 2 others do we think the price is between those 2?

I always think it's just to pretend their house is super expensive

FatBoySwim · 23/02/2010 14:57

because they are complete knobs who want everyone to think their house is worth a fortune. And it usually is.

hatwoman · 23/02/2010 14:59

so come on.....should I ring or not?

yes, but they will want to know all about you so get your story straight first.

give them a ring, say you liked the bumf on the website and were interested in the price. I would reckon it is between the 2 that you have seen, but on the pricier side of expensive. hth

you dont have to give them any details about yourself, tell them you will D O A - details on application.
