Help with paint colour

Hello

We have recently sanded and varnished floorboards in the downstairs rooms of our Victorian house - they look great but the colour is a bit darker than I envisioned, and the tone is a lot warmer (the boards are pine but we then stained them with light oak and varnished with a satin finish)

We were going to use Dulux Almond White below the picture rail, white above and on ceiling and brilliant white satinwood on the woodwork, however - now the floor is finished I find the Almond white looks a bit greenish and seems to be the wrong colour for the floor, almost a cool colour when the floor is a warm colour. I would like advice and any suggestion on colours please, keeping the tone neutral/creamy and woodwork white but maybe an off white as the brilliant white looks too new...

The one room faces east-ish and has a large patio window/door, this will be used as a dining room/family room, and the other faces northwest-ish with a bay window and will be used as a sitting room.

many thanks in advance for any advice

It sounds like it's going to be really nice once you have finished! If you haven't managed to think of what colour you'd like you should take a look at these dining room/lounge collections. There is a huge variety of styles and colours so i'm sure you'll be able to find something that you like - bit.ly/c2tWCT - good luck with getting everything sorted and let us all know how you get on! :-)
