Hurst park molesey - views?

Hi,

Was just wondering whether anyone on here has lived/ lives in this area, and what they think of it for families. It's an area we could potentially afford

We were looking particularly at the area around buckingham gardens and buckingham close, sadlers ride, etc.

I checked the environment agency as was a bit worried about its proximity to the thames and flood risks, but it seems some of the area is only moderately at risk of flooding, which mightn't be as bad as I thought.

Anyway, views would be very much appreciated.

I have a couple of friends around there. Nice walks on the river, East Molesey High street has some sweet cafes including one with a play area for toddlers. Hurst pool is lovely as is the one in Walton (Excel centre). Bushy park is within easy reach and is fantastic, large playground, deer, duck ponds, again very nice cafes in Hampton Court Gardens and on Bridge Road. My friend who lives in Molesey often goes shopping in Walton but I prefer Kingston. Schools I think are good too. Where are you moving from?
