We were thinking last year of moving up the property ladder but with my DH being laid off 4 times in the past 10 months {he starts a new job on MOn thank god} we are thinking of getting something cheaper for a couple of years.
In the process clearing our debts and hopefully having a slightly cheaper mortgage.
How much does it cost to move.
Are there a load of hidden expenses that will surprise me?
