We need to take down our large garage as it has been more or less condemmed as unsafe (not built on proper footings and large cracks in all the walls).
I have approached a couple of people about taking it down but am not sure if its best to use a general builder or specialist demolition people as they will have all the necessary equiment.
Any thoughts or experiences?
