The tiles on our front porch are dangerously slippery when wet. We have covered them in a liquid that is supposed to stop this but it hasn't made any difference.

Apparently there are some strips of something that we can stick to the tiles that wont change their appearance but will make them no slip. Anyone know what it might be please?

TIA

no idea what the strippy stuff is but i suppose using a common or garden doormat is out of the question?

that would solve the slippy problem.

thanks for the thought Vicar. We do have a door mat on some of it but it's quite a large area so I dont think it would work to try and cover all of it with mats.

mmmmm, am racking brains for other suggestions. if you cant find the non slippy stuff how hard would it be to re-tile the porch with rougher tiles?

ive had a google but can only find industrial companies that come and do it for you! no doubt charging an arm and a leg.

ill keep having a google tho.
