Any ideas on cost of small brick built garage or workshop ?

We`d like ideally a brick built workshop for dh in the garden , probably bigger than a standard shed but not quite as big as a garage.
Looked at pre fab garages which are an option but they look cold and unsightly .
Just wondered how much a local builder might charge to build me a brick workshop and lay it ? Cheers .

We had a large garage built (it's big enough for a transit van, plus a small working space). It cost £10k, 5 years ago. It is rendered & painted, with brick details around doors and windows, tiled pitched roof and wooden doors. Also has a window and a side door.
