Hi all hope you can help.
We recently moved house from one private let to another with different agents.
The agents from the old house have been nothing but trouble for us so am trying to find out our rights!
Our tenancy ended on 31st December and as far as I can tell from the TDS they have 10 working days to inform us if they intend to retain any of our deposit.
My questions are have I read this correctly? and if I have and they dont contact us within the time frame do they have to return our deposit in full?
