New house has nice chrome towel rail radiator - or would be nice if the clueless tw*t tenants had taken off the plastic coating before using it.
Is now baked on and flaking. Have scratched off a few bits, but before I give in and replace it has anyone got any ideas for products/techniques to get rid of the rest?
