Does the tapestry have a little sleeve at the top to put a pole through?

Is there a selvedge to staple a wooden batten too?

or you can put some carpet grip on the wall & hang it from that

Do you mean those plastic things that slide onto the top and bottom of the poster and the top one has a cord to hang from a hook?

You need an Athena but it hasn't existed for years has it? Any framing, poster type shops near you?

Ikat holder?

like one of these

Thank you! Yes was thinking those rod things you slide posters into but a wider one. No loops to put pole in...

Anyone know what they are called? My local picture shops don't do them

Looks like they are called...wait for it....poster hangers

Seems obvious now but couldn't for the life of me think of what they might be called when I tried to explain what I meant earlier.

littlestmummystop · 05/01/2010 14:19

would poster hangers be wide enough to squeeze material inside it too ? I can't believe there isn't a proper name for a fabric hanger...
