Anyone heard/ bought from Indigo Furniture?

I am looking for an oak/wooden dining table and dining chairs. Found this company on the internet (based in Derbyshire). The furniture looks absolutely gorgeous but have never heard of them and worried about just ordering online.

Anyone bought or have any feedback on Indigo furniture?

Thank you!

Yes! I cannot recommend them highly enough - we've ended up going back & back until virtually our whole house is an Indigo furniture house now, we love them! The quality is really good and the customer service is amazing, they really seem to go out of the way to make sure we've been thrilled with everything we bought. I think that's the difference you get between a family business and a big faceless high street name. Even their delivery men are polite and very careful. Also don't worry about buying from them online, they give great money-back guarantees (although I did a swap when my table didnt fit, but they did offer me my money back if I'd wanted that). I don't usually have the confidence to recommend but I honestly think they are a genuinely reliable company and their furniture is absolutely gorgeous. Hope that helps!

Yes, thank you very much ninky! I found their website online, and as we are based in London, would have to make a weekend trip to the peak district if we wanted to look at the furniture. I love all their furniture - they all look great on the internet, but was a bit worried because things can look so different in real life!
