Help! Does anyone have an Ikea kitchen with Rationell wall cupboards with lights built into the base?

One of the bulbs has gone and I have no idea how to change it. Anyone got any ideas?

If it's like ours (different make, but it looks the same), the front bit of the base (the metal bit) isn't secured, but just holds in place by being tightly fitting. You tug really hard at this, and it comes out, and then you reach in and change the bulb. Then you shove the metal bit back again, though to be honest, we never got it back in as tightly fitting as it was originally.

Thank you I shall try giving it a hard tug. I'm sure it probably came with instructions but I think the builder must have thrown them out.
