Bit of a random question - we have plastic double glazing (is it called upvc?) it's something I really hate but I can live with the windows, the door however is making me want to gouge my own eyes out.
Does anyone know how much it costs to change the direction the front door opens? It currently opens into the (very small) porch which makes the porch unusable. Is it a case of buying a new door? Is it something a good diyer could do? The current door is like 2 small doors - not sure that makes sense? like this but the glass is that horrible frosted stuff
If it means replacing the door could a wooden door ever work on a plastic fantastic house?
