My ex and I are currently going through the joy that is selling our joint home. He still lives there and I moved out in July.
I am organising the HIPS and the estate agent recommended just using an online company rather than them doing it as it's much cheaper. Can anyone recommend a company as there just seem to be loads and they all claim to be good/registered/certified. I'm not sure what I should be looking for.
Also any advice on selling a house with an ex? He is already delaying the sale as it's a lovely four bed cottage in a quaint village and he will never be able to live anywhere that nice again (especially as I own the majority!). I already sense some heel dragging.
