We saw a house last night which DH and I really like, it would be perfect. Ours only went on the market last week, so we aren't in a position to make an offer (we havent had any viewings yet ).
When the EA rings me to find out how the viewing went, what should I say? I know there is a lot of interest in this house as its priced to sell so TBH there's little chance of us getting it anyway as someone else is likely to sell their house before us, etc. Do I just say we are interested in the house and leave it at that?
I'm really not clued up on dealing with EAs!
Any advice appreciated.
